Sharing God’s love and glory by lighting a path for those who are in the deepest and darkest positions.
The Suffering
In many cases, houses are poorly built, creating a very unstable structure. During extreme heat, the scorching sun can make the home feel like an oven, while during hurricane season the homes are not strong enough to handle the sustained winds and rain often destroying or flooding the entire house.
Often an entire village has one specific location for human waste creating numerous health hazards including acquiring salmonellosis, e. coli, and hepatitis A.
If there is an available water well, people walk miles with two jugs to supply a few days of water. In many cases there is no access to a clean water source, forcing people to consume extremely dirty, contaminated water from rivers, streams, and ponds. Not having access to clean drinking water causes deadly diseases including cholera, dysentery, and typhoid.

In most third world countries, an individual with certain health defects including cleft lip, being cross eyed, and having large tumors makes them an outcast in their communities. They are considered possessed, cursed, and often displaced, causing extremely low self worth.
Due to social and health circumstances children are often deserted by their parents, causing the children to become orphans. This often leads to the child having to fend for themselves and having to navigate their future with little or no education. This typically translates to drug use, sexual abuse, and crime.

Many children aren't presented with the opportunity to attend school because they are the main breadwinner for their home despite their young age while numerous orphans don't have the resources to attend school and gain a formal education. For those who do attend school, the curriculum is often weak and resources are limited, putting them at a disadvantage during their years of formal education. In addition, in certain cultures girls face obstacles due to certain stigmas.

Our Calling
We begin the home building process by laying a proper cement foundation and use strong, sustainable materials including sheet rock, brick, and wood. This protects the families from extreme whether conditions and ensures their safety and stability.

We build toilets and sanitation systems, allowing for the community to safely and properly use the bathroom, creating a more convenient process, while ensuring their health and safety.
Rather than supplying bottles of water directly each time, we dig wells, creating access to nutrient rich, clean water. This sustainable environment allows the community to flourish and in many cases creates an entire ecosystem around the presence of the well.

Through various types of surgeries we're able to help people in need overcome health deficits. Beyond restoring their health, these life changing surgeries lead many to build a brighter future for themselves and those around them.
Orphans will be the initial recipients of our educational program. In addition to learning via the curriculum, they will receive food and water while in attendance. In addition being educated through our program will put the orphans on track to qualify for a scholarship in the future.

Our youth education program will feature general education in addition to religious education. This will present an opportunity for the children to create a future for themselves. For adults there will be a focus on initiatives including a trade center. This will be our start to skilling up the community and aligning them with their goals for the future.
